This sweet little thing was celebrating turning one with her very own photo session. She had a ball making us follow her around, and having her first taste of cake! Happy Birthday, Emma!

Sneak Peek: Chintoo & Babloo
You might remember these boys from their Party for Layla session a few weeks ago. We got lots of posed shots then, so the focus of this shoot was pure fun, and we definitely had some!
Enjoy your sneak peek!

These little mini accordian books are 3x3, and they have a magnetic closure, making them perfect for carrying around in your purse or wallet, or even keeping open on your desk. They are custom-designed with 6 pictures from your session on one side, and 4 pictures on the other side (10 total!) - a great way to show off your favorites to your friends and family!

Sneak Peek: Livingston Girls
I had been plotting with these sweet little girls' mommy for a while for some bluebonnet pictures. Unfortunately, after a couple of prospects fell through, and we moved the session back a week with still no location, we had to go to the backup plan.
The girls were in such a great, giggly mood - I think sometimes backup plans are just fine :)

Enjoy your sneak peek, Livingston family! Maybe we'll find those bluebonnets next year!
Bluebonnets (Or Lack Thereof)
My daughter and I went for a drive down 290 on Saturday looking for some bluebonnets. We tried our usual spot right inside Washington County, but there just wasn't much to be found. So we decided to have some fun anyway. . . Maybe we'll have better luck next year with the bluebonnets, but at least we have these memories for now!

Sneak Peek: Party for Layla
Today was the 2nd Annual Portrait Party for Layla benefitting the Layla Grace Children's Cancer Research Foundation, and it was a beautiful morning for pictures of these generous families who donated to the foundation by participating! Since my business is fairly new, I only booked a couple of sessions, but I am so glad that I was able to be involved.
First up were these sweet brothers who got up bright and early on their Saturday morning to smile for me. If they were still tired, you never would have known it!

And next up was adorable Miss Katelyn! I almost forgot how fast one-year-olds can be, but she was more than happy to remind me. Mom & Dad worked hard chasing after her, but she made it all worth it with these gorgeous little faces.

Sneak Peek: Caleb
This little boy was absolutely adorable - the perfect blend of sweetness and energy. He'd stand still for us for a solid 2-3 seconds at a time and flash those contagious smiles, then he'd run off in a flash to do all of the much more important things on his almost-seven-year-old to-do list (like throwing sticks, flying like an airplane, and jumping off rocks!)
Mom worked really hard for some of these, but I have to say she sure knew how to make him smile! Enjoy your sneak peek!
Sneak Peek: Ava
I've been friends with this beautiful little princess' mommy since we were in the 7th grade. We've been through braces and boyfriends and weddings and the birth of our first children together, and I couldn't be happier for her now that her new precious little girl is here. At only 4 days old, Miss Ava was so tiny and the perfect model (as long as mommy kept her little tummy full!), and I had so much fun hanging out with her for a few hours. Hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
